Have your details out
Insurance card, appointment paperwork and a list of current medications. Not for us — for the clinic, so the visit is not delayed at the desk.
How It Works / Booking to arrival
The most common reason people hesitate to book medical transportation is that they do not know what happens next. So here is all of it, in order.
Call (305) 564-2941 and speak to a person, or use the online scheduler and pick your own time slot.
Have these ready: pickup address, destination, appointment time, and how you move — walking with assistance, wheelchair, or stretcher. If you use oxygen, a power chair or a bariatric chair, tell us the model.
You receive the pickup window, the vehicle type, the assistance level and the rate — in writing, before the day of travel. Nothing about the price changes afterwards.
Recurring treatment? Dialysis, infusion and therapy schedules are locked into our system as standing appointments. You book once. We hold the slots.
Early, briefed, and at your door — not at the curb. They already know whether there are steps at the entrance, whether you use a walker, and whether a family member is riding along.
Wheelchair passengers: the lift comes down, you board in your own chair, and four-point securement is checked before the vehicle moves. Stretcher passengers: a two-person crew handles every transfer.
We walk you in and see you checked in. Your return trip is part of the same booking — you are not making a second call from a waiting room.
Appointments run long. They always do. Call us when you are ready and we adjust the pickup. Waiting is part of the service, not a surcharge.
Before The Ride
None of this is required. All of it helps.
Insurance card, appointment paperwork and a list of current medications. Not for us — for the clinic, so the visit is not delayed at the desk.
Our driver plans to arrive before the window opens. Shoes on and coat ready means the traffic buffer stays a buffer.
New walker, a fall last week, a different entrance at the building. Small updates change how we prepare — and they take ten seconds to mention.
A spouse, caregiver or interpreter is welcome in the companion seat. Mention it when booking so the right vehicle is assigned.
Hablamos Español. Ask when you book and we will assign a Spanish-speaking driver wherever availability allows.
(305) 564-2941. If the appointment ends early, ends late, or gets cancelled — one call and we adjust.
