Beyond The Two Counties

Long-distance &
facility transfers.

Some trips do not stay local. A transfer to a rehabilitation facility in Orlando. A move to a family member's care in Tampa. A specialist appointment in Gainesville.

  • Statewide non-emergency transport — all three mobility levels.
  • Facility-to-facility transfers coordinated with both discharge and admitting teams.
  • Quoted in advance, in writing. Distance trips are priced before you commit, never after.
  • Rest stops and comfort breaks planned into the route, not improvised.

Airports & ports

MIA, FLL and PortMiami — accessible transfers for travellers who need lift equipment or assistance through the terminal door.

Hospitals & treatment centers

We know the entrances, the discharge bays and the wheelchair access points at the major facilities across both counties.

Coverage Notes

Two things worth
knowing up front.

Lead time varies by mobility level. Ambulatory trips are the easiest to fit in same-day. Wheelchair trips need more notice because lift-equipped vehicles are finite. Stretcher trips need the most, because they require a two-person crew.

Cross-county trips are routine. A pickup in Kendall and a drop-off in Fort Lauderdale is a normal booking, not a special request. Rush-hour timing is planned into the pickup window.
