Services / Miami-Dade & Broward

Every mobility level.
Every kind of trip.

Ambulatory, wheelchair and stretcher transportation — plus the recurring treatment schedules, discharges and everyday errands that keep life moving.

Ambulatory

Ambulatory
Transportation

For passengers who can walk but should not be walking alone. The most requested service we run — and the one where the assistance matters most.

  • Arm-in-arm support from your door to the vehicle and back again.
  • Stairs, curbs and uneven ground handled with you, not around you.
  • Walkers, canes and rollators loaded and returned to you on arrival.
  • Check-in assistance — we walk you inside, not to the entrance.
  • Companion seating so a family member can ride along at no extra seat.

Best for: post-surgery recovery, seniors with balance concerns, vision-impaired passengers, anyone recently discharged.

Wheelchair

Wheelchair
Transportation

Lift-equipped, ADA-compliant vans. You stay in your own chair for the entire trip — no transferring, no lifting, no strain on you or a family member.

  • Hydraulic lift entry — manual and power chairs, no ramp gymnastics.
  • Four-point securement to DOT standard, checked before we move.
  • Lap and shoulder restraint fitted separately from the chair tie-down.
  • Scooters and bariatric chairs accommodated — tell us the model when you book and we send the right vehicle.
  • Companion seat beside you for a spouse, caregiver or interpreter.

Best for: passengers whose wheelchair is their primary mobility device, long appointments where transferring twice is exhausting.

Stretcher

Stretcher Transportation

For passengers who must remain lying down. Non-emergency, but staffed and equipped to a clinical standard.

Two-person crew

Every stretcher trip is staffed by two trained attendants. Nobody is asked to help lift their own family member.

Oxygen-friendly

Tanks secured and travelling with you. Tell us your flow requirements when booking and we confirm the vehicle setup.

Inter-facility transfers

Hospital to rehab, rehab to skilled nursing, facility to home. Coordinated directly with the discharge team.

Bariatric stretcher capacity is available — please confirm weight requirements at booking so the correct equipment and crew are assigned. Stretcher transport is non-emergency only; for a medical emergency, call 911.

Trip Types

What we are usually driving to.

Mobility level determines the vehicle. This is what people actually use it for.

Dialysis & Infusion

Two, three, four times a week — the schedule that breaks every other transport arrangement. We hold your slots so you never rebook.

  • Recurring standing appointments
  • Early-morning pickups
  • Post-treatment fatigue accounted for

Hospital Discharge

Discharge times move. We coordinate with the floor, and we do not leave a patient waiting in a lobby because the paperwork ran late.

  • Same-day coordination
  • Home, rehab or skilled nursing
  • All three mobility levels

Physical & Occupational Therapy

Recovery only works if you attend. Standing weekly schedules, with the driver briefed on your current mobility — which changes as you improve.

  • Weekly recurring slots
  • Assistance level updated as you progress

Doctor & Specialist Visits

Primary care, cardiology, oncology, wound care, imaging. One-off or recurring, across both counties.

  • Round trip as one booking
  • We wait when the appointment runs long

Senior Transportation

Not everything is a medical appointment. Groceries, the pharmacy, church, the salon, a grandchild's graduation. Independence is the point.

  • Errands and social outings
  • Same assistance standard as medical trips

Long-Distance & Facility Transfers

Beyond Miami-Dade and Broward — across Florida, or a facility-to-facility transfer that needs a stretcher and a crew.

  • Statewide non-emergency transport
  • Quoted in advance, in writing

The Fleet

Right vehicle,
matched at booking.

We ask three questions when you call — how you move, whether you use equipment, and whether someone is riding with you. Those answers assign the vehicle.

  • Sedans & accessible minivans for ambulatory passengers, with low step-in height and grab support.
  • Lift-equipped wheelchair vans with four-point securement and companion seating.
  • Stretcher units with medical-grade equipment and a two-person crew.
  • Sanitized between every passenger, without exception.

Payment

Priced before
you ride.

You get the rate when you book — not an estimate, and never a surprise on arrival. Rates depend on mobility level, distance and time of day.

  • Private pay — card or cash, quoted up front.
  • Insurance & plan coverage — many plans include non-emergency medical transportation. Call us with your plan details and we will tell you what we can bill and what we cannot.
  • Facility and corporate accounts for clinics, dialysis centers and discharge coordinators booking regularly.
  • No hidden fees. Wait time, lift use and door-to-door assistance are part of the service, not add-ons.

Not sure which service

Tell us how
you move.

One short call and we will match you to the right vehicle and the right level of assistance.
